Andrea grew up in Montgomery County and attended MCPS schools. She has a B.A. in English from the University of Maryland. After teaching English in Thailand, she earned her M.S. Ed. in Elementary Education from the University of Pennsylvania. She has taught in the DC Metro Area for six years.

Andrea is passionate about reading and writing. She enjoys connecting with her students and watching them learn and grow.
