Michelle received her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. She is currently finishing up her Master’s Degree in Literacy Education while teaching second grade in DCPS.

As a teacher, Michelle promotes a growth mindset and believes that every student is capable of achievement. She is passionate about learning and hopes to cultivate lifelong learners who positively contribute to their communities.
